CENTURION MALL: EASTER FACEBOOK FUN – 2020 (“COMPETITION”)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“T’s and C’s”)

This Competition, conducted and organised by Centurion Mall (“Centurion Mall”),
is subject to these T’s and C’s, as may be amended from time to time. Please read
the T’s and C’s carefully and pay special attention to all the terms printed in bold.

1. PROMOTER
1.1 This Promotion is promoted by The Pivotal Fund Proprietary Limited, Registration
Number: 2005/030215/07 (“Landlord”).
1.2 The Landlord will make a final and binding decision in respect of all matters
relating to the results, qualifiers and disputes relating to the Competition
and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.3 If considered necessary, the Landlord reserves the right to amend the T’s and C’s
by providing reasonable prior notice.

2. RULES
2.1 To enter the Competition a participant (“Participant”) must be in possession of a
valid South African identity document. A Participant must be at least 18 (eighteen)
years or older to enter the Competition.
2.2 The Competition may not be entered into by any director, member, partner,
employee, agent, consultant, and tenant of the Landlord, the marketing service
providers and/or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by
these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate
family members.
2.3 The Competition runs from 10 April 2020 – 13 April 2020 (“Competition Period”).
Any entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be taken into
consideration.
2.4 To enter the Competition, a Participant will be required, for the duration of the

Competition Period, to-
2.4.1 Visit the Centurion Mall Facebook page found on the following link:

https://www.facebook.com/CenturionMallZA/ (“Facebook Page”);
2.4.2 Look out for daily on-line activities/competitions posted at 8am
and/or 12pm ;
2.4.3 Complete the activity by following the steps as set out with each daily
competition/activity in order to stand a chance to win.

2.5 Upon compliance with 2.4 a Participant will automatically be deemed to
have entered the Competition.
2.6 A Participant may enter as many times as they wish but may only win once.

3. SELECTING A WINNER AND THE PRIZES TO BE AWARDED
3.1 At expiry of the Competition Period, 4 (four) Participants will be selected by a
random system generated draw (“Winners”) selected from the reviews posted on
the Facebook Page.
3.2 The Winners will be selected two days after the end of the South African Covid-19
national lockdown at the Centre Management Office situated at Shop 40,
upper level, Heuwel Avenue, Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa.

3.3 Winners will be awarded the following prizes per activity (“Prizes”) each,
sponsored by various participating merchants (“Participating Merchants”):

3.4 The Prize, when redeemed by the Winner, may be subject to the terms and
conditions as imposed by the Participating Merchant (“Merchant Conditions”);
3.5 Winners will be announced by the Centurion Mall centre management two days
after the end of the South African Covid-19 national lockdown.
3.6 The Prizes are not transferable and will not be changed or deferred for any
reason whatsoever.
3.7 Winners must collect their Prizes in person. No persons under the age of 18
(eighteen) years shall qualify to win a Prize.
3.7.1 Centre Management, Centurion Mall, 2nd Floor Lakeside Building A, 1269
Gordon Hood Road, Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa; or
3.7.2 Prizes to be collected after the lockdown period, during office hours, Monday
to Friday between 8am and 5pm.

3.8 The Landlord will use reasonable efforts to contact each Winner via Telephone
and/or via email and/or via direct message on Facebook. If the Landlord is unable
to reach any Winner for whatsoever reason, such a Winner will be disqualified and
the selection or draw of a replacement entry shall take place, as may be applicable.
Such a Winner shall be contacted by the Landlord via Telephone and/or via email
as soon as reasonably practicable and shall be required to respond to the Landlord
set out in such correspondence.

4. GENERAL
4.1 For the duration of the Competition Period, a copy of these T’s and C’s can, at no
cost –

4.1.1 be found on the following website (Competition page)
www.centurioncall.co.za, or;
4.1.2 be requested telephonically on telephone number 012 663 1702;
4.1.3 be found on the Centurion Mall Facebook Page.
4.2 The Landlord reserves the right to terminate the Competition with
immediate effect before the end of the Competition Period at any time, if
deemed necessary in its sole discretion or if circumstances arise outside
of its control. No Participant will have any claim against the Landlord for
such a termination.
4.3 Participation in the Competition constitutes automatic acceptance of the
T’s and C’s contained herein and the Participant agree to abide by the T’s
and C’s.
4.4 Winners may not win any Centurion Mall Competition more than once in a
30-day period. Any winners selected who have won in the last 30 days will
be disqualified from any such Competition and another winner will be
drawn.
4.5 All Winners in respect of the Competition may be requested to be photographed so
that their photographs may be used for future promotional post Competition
purposes in relation to Centurion Mall. Promoting platforms will include our
Facebook Page and website page as well as community newspapers and shopping
centre retail industry publications. No fees will be payable in this regard. The
Winners will be given the opportunity to decline the publication of their
images.
4.6 The Landlord does not make any representations or give any warranties,
whether express or implicit, that the Participant’s participation in this
Competition will necessarily result in the Participant winning a prize or
that the aforesaid prize will meet the Participant’s unique requirements,
preferences, standards or expectations.
4.7 To the extent permissible in law, the Landlord is not responsible and
cannot be held liable for any accident, injury, harm, death, loss or damages
of whatsoever nature, howsoever arising, as a result of the Participant’s
participation in the Competition, unless the Landlord acted fraudulently or
with gross negligence.
4.8 Participants are obliged to comply with all applicable laws, including those
laws protecting the intellectual property rights of other parties.
4.9 These T’s and C’s will be construed, interpreted and enforced in terms of South
African law.
